Milk Bar

The Milk Bar was located in the Dining Hall above the Tavern during the 1940s. It was under the direction of the Home Economics Department. The Milk Bar served ice cream, milk shakes, and “many different delicacies derived from milk” in the evening between 7:30 and 10:30 and had the distinction of being the only college milk bar in the United States.
